Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the use of the bpech online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bpech.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "bpech", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bpech and each individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you" or "your").

bpech operates as an online gaming information and entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports and related gaming services. The Platform is designed to serve users who access it in jurisdictions where their participation is lawful. bpech does not represent that participation is lawful in all jurisdictions, including the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and users bear sole responsibility for verifying and complying with the laws applicable to them.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money and/or bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet credits or matched-deposit bonuses credited to an Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or the operator's licensing conditions.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action by a User that violates these Terms, including fraud, collusion, multi-accounting or use of automated systems.
• "Operator" means the entity responsible for operating the Platform under its international licensing arrangements.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you conclusively confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.
2. You are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and are at least 18 years of age.
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and at your own risk.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or in violation of applicable local law.
5. You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that the Platform does not guarantee any winnings.
6. You accept that these Terms may be updated from time to time and that continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on bpech, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your applicable jurisdiction.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of or accessing from a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined by the Operator's licensing terms.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned or suspended from the Platform by the Operator.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether through bpech or an external responsible gambling scheme.
• Your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for commercial or professional gambling operations.

bpech reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any point and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Operator's satisfaction. Where an Account is closed due to ineligibility, any winnings accumulated during the ineligible period may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion.

Account Registration

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and undertake to keep it updated promptly whenever it changes.

5.1 One Account Per User

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings therein.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify bpech support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bpech will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.3 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed subject to any pending KYC requirements, active bonus wagering obligations or outstanding withdrawal requests. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned to you following the completion of standard verification procedures.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bpech is required to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) procedures in accordance with the Operator's licensing obligations, anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and fraud prevention controls. You agree to cooperate fully with KYC requests, which may include:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., valid CNIC or passport).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement, where required).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, or a liveness verification check.
• Verification of payment methods used for deposits or withdrawal requests.

Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC. bpech reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before first withdrawal, on reaching specified deposit thresholds or following unusual account activity. Documents must be submitted only via the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification channel. Under no circumstances should you submit sensitive identity documents through unsecured messaging applications.

Deposits & Funds

Deposits are made through the payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier section. Available methods, applicable limits and associated fees may change and should be verified in the current cashier at the time of transaction. Payment service names referenced on this site (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are cited as familiar Pakistan payment references only and do not indicate that those providers endorse, permit or support gambling transactions.

7.1 Currency

The Platform may accept transactions referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs) and/or other available currencies depending on the Operator's current cashier configuration. Applicable foreign exchange rates, conversion fees and minimum deposit thresholds are displayed at the time of transaction.

7.2 Deposit Limits

Users may set voluntary deposit limits within their Account settings as part of the Platform's responsible gambling tools. Where regulatory or Operator limits apply, these take precedence. Requests to increase deposit limits may be subject to a cooling-off period.

7.3 Funds Held for Gaming Purposes

Funds deposited into your Account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. bpech does not pay interest on Account balances. Deposits do not constitute banking deposits and are not covered by deposit protection schemes.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met in full before processing can commence:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction.
• All active Bonus Funds wagering requirements associated with your Account must have been fulfilled.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no open disputes, pending investigations or suspected fraudulent activity.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to the selected withdrawal method.
• The name on your Account must match the name on the payment method designated for withdrawal.

bpech does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on the Operator's internal review cycle, the payment method selected and any third-party processing times outside the Operator's control. The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives made available through the Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x, meaning a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal from that bonus can be processed). Qualifying games, bet types and contribution percentages toward wagering requirements are set out in the specific promotion terms.

9.2 Bonus Abuse

bpech employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns. Actions that may constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: systematically placing low-risk bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure, hedging bets across markets to guarantee outcomes, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is determined, the Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them.

9.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses are limited to one per person, household, shared device or shared IP address. Users who attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts will have all associated accounts closed and all balances forfeited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable sports betting rules, casino game rules and any specific market rules published within the relevant betting interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market or game.

10.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets are accepted at the Operator's absolute discretion. The display of odds or game availability does not constitute an obligation to accept any particular bet. The Operator reserves the right to reject, limit or restrict any bet at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — suspicion of market manipulation, system error or account restriction.

10.2 Errors and Manifest Odds Errors

In the event of a technical error, system fault or manifest odds error (where odds are clearly incorrect due to a pricing error), the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion. Settlement based on erroneous odds does not create a legitimate entitlement to winnings derived from that error.

10.3 Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets are placed at the time the bet is accepted by the system. Network latency and communication delays are the User's responsibility. Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of bet submission — due to delay or exploitation — will be voided.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or on betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security or operation of the Platform.
• Selling, transferring or assigning your Account or its contents to any third party.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform — including but not limited to the bpech brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, user interface elements and underlying technology — is owned by or licensed to the Operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator. Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will constitute an infringement of the Operator's rights and may result in legal action.

Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage and use of your personal data by bpech is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

bpech collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and compliance with applicable law. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. KYC documents including CNIC copies, passport scans and related identity materials are processed solely for verification purposes and are stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gambling

bpech is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools that Users are encouraged to use, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

Gambling should be an entertainment activity. If you feel that your gambling is no longer enjoyable, is causing financial stress, or is affecting your personal or professional relationships, we urge you to use available self-exclusion tools immediately and to seek support. bpech is a platform for adults only. We take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including mandatory age verification at registration and prior to first withdrawal. Any User found to be under the minimum age at the time of use will have their Account immediately closed and any winnings forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpech and the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services.
• Any loss of winnings, profits or gaming funds resulting from technical failures outside the Operator's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by the Operator in good-faith compliance with applicable law or licensing requirements.
• Your reliance on any information, content or material published on the Platform.

Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

bpech reserves the right to amend, update or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to each User. Changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes that substantially affect User rights will be communicated through Account notifications or registered email addresses where reasonably practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Pakistani users acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation — may also apply to their conduct and that this clause does not override or displace applicable Pakistani law.

17.1 Complaints Procedure

Any disputes, complaints or concerns regarding the Platform should first be directed to the bpech customer support team at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Complex complaints may require escalation to the Operator's dedicated disputes team, which will review the matter and issue a final determination.

17.2 Final Resolution

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, Users may seek recourse through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents Users from seeking remedies available to them under applicable Pakistani consumer protection or civil law.
